1. Submission of applications: In order to undertake the inspection party to better understand the purpose of the commissioner's inspection, the commissioning party in the submission of applications should try to explain the purpose of its application for inspection and the reasons, give as much original information (such as physical, photos, data), in order to obtain mutual understanding, choose a more appropriate test methods and equipment, to achieve better test results and objectives.

2. The signing of the commissioning agreement: the commissioning party and the contractor to confirm the contents of the commissioning letter signed by both parties (if necessary, can be added to the signature of other relevant parties to confirm). The commission should specify the following:

● Samples (name, model, quantity, pictures and related information)

● Test items and parameters

● Test methods (including the selection of test parameters)

● Test judgement basis (when necessary)

● Name and contact information of the commissioning party

● Inspection costs and payment methods

3. Inspection process: the inspection party in the inspection process if encountered unforeseen circumstances (commissioning agreement is not clear) should be timely communication with the commissioning party to contact (if necessary, terminate the test), clear problems encountered, confirm the solution, and then continue the inspection process.

4. Payment: payment methods are paid in advance (full payment), prepayment + post-payment (payment before taking the report), post-payment and other forms, the commissioning party and the party to be examined in the commissioning agreement should be clear about the payment method.

5.Get the test report: the contractor will notify the commissioning party to come to collect the report after the completion of the whole process of testing, and at the same time return the samples (samples kept in accordance with the provisions of the samples will not be returned). If the commissioning party needs, the Centre can be delivered on behalf of the mail, courier.
